Barge Private Chef

A luxury hotel barge cruising in France is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join its onboard team for the remainder of the season. The vessel accommodates between 4-12 guests for a 6-night All-inclusive cruises offering a refined hospitality experience. You’ll work alongside a close-knit
crew to deliver high-end dining and unforgettable culinary moments using fresh, regional ingredients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and prepare a daily menu based on fresh, local, seasonal ingredients, taking into account guest allergies and dietary needs.
  • Offer the following meal service: (Hot breakfast options, 3-course or buffet-style lunch, Amuse-bouche for aperitifs, 4-course dinner)
  • Maintain a clean and organized galley in compliance with HACCP standards
  • Deliver one cooking demonstration per week for guests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fine dining, chalets, or yachts.
  •  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and harmoniously with a small team.
  • Creative, flexible, and guest-oriented mindset.
  • Enthusiastic about regional cuisine and sharing culinary knowledge.
