As a Chalet Host, you will be the heart and soul of a luxury chalet experience. Responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, you will ensure that guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay from start to finish. This is a hands-on and rewarding role, ideal for candidates who take pride in high standards of hospitality and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Hosting guests with genuine warmth and professionalism from arrival to departure
• Ensuring the chalet is immaculate every day: housekeeping, turndown service, and attention to detail are key
• Collaborating with private chefs, drivers and chalet Manager to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Setting tables, serving meals, and providing discreet, attentive service
• Handling guest requests with a concierge-style mindset
• Assisting with laundry, stock management, and chalet changeovers

You Are

• A confident and kind host who takes pride in their work
• Experienced in hospitality or luxury environments (chalets, yachts, hotels, villas)
• Organized, self-sufficient, and reliable under pressure
• Presentable and polished, with a guest-first mindset
• Fluent in English (French is a bonus)
