Chalet Manager

Job Description: As a Chalet Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury chalets in Courchevel. You will be responsible for providing a first-class experience for our guests, managing chalet staff, and maintaining the high standards that our brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Services:
    • Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure their needs are met throughout their stay.
    • Provide concierge services, including booking activities, dining reservations, and transportation.
    • Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  2. Staff Management:
    • Supervise and lead a team of chalet staff, including chefs, housekeepers, and drivers.
    • Ensure staff are trained and motivated to provide exceptional service.
    • Oversee staff schedules and duties.
  3. Chalet Operations:
    • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of chalets to the highest standards.
    • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking as necessary.
    • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with appropriate vendors.
  4. Financial Management:
    • Monitor and control chalet budgets, including expenses and revenue.
    • Handle guest billing and financial transactions accurately and securely.
  5. Safety and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
    • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  6. Guest Relations:
    • Build strong relationships with guests, anticipate their needs, and exceed their expectations.
    • Gather feedback and reviews to continuously improve our services.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury chalet or hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of the Courchevel region and its attractions is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French and other languages is advantageous.
