Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Cabin Preparation

  • Maintain guest cabins and communal guest areas to the highest standards

  • Perform turndown service and daily refreshes with care and precision

  • Monitor stock levels and proactively report needs to the Chief Stew

Laundry

  • Handle luxury fabrics and garments with knowledge and professionalism

  • Sort, wash, press, and return guest clothing and crew uniforms as needed

Table Service & Guest Interaction

  • Deliver elegant, seamless meal and drink service, including silver service or buffet-style

  • Set and clear tables with exceptional attention to detail and theme

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and refreshments on request

Detailing & Presentation

  • Keep interior décor, floral arrangements, and surfaces spotless and coordinated

  • Ensure all service items are well-polished and in top condition

  • Support event and theme nights, including table settings and decor

Guest Experience

  • Uphold a welcoming and calm presence at all times

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and a highly professional demeanor

  • Be prepared to assist with luggage, personal shopping, spa setup, etc.


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a stewardess on yachts 50m+

  • STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2 (mandatory)

  • Silver service and barista/cocktail experience preferred

  • Excellent eye for detail, time management, and teamwork

  • Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude

  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
